Description of STUDIO EINS:
Studio Eins offers 224 fully-furnished one-bedroom apartments of various sizes and apartment types (from 23 to 48 square meters).
Rental rates vary depending on the apartment.
The building was completed in July 2015 and complies with the KfW-55 energy efficiency standard.
An elegant lounge with hot and cold drink vending machines is located on the ground floor of the building, from which you can directly access the outdoor terrace and the landscaped garden with a community terrace and barbecue area. There is also a laundry room with washers and dryers and a rooftop terrace with views of the Frankfurt skyline. A spacious learning and reading lounge is available for students working on team projects. A room for sports and fitness rounds out the common facilities.
All utility costs, including electricity, water, heating and Internet (Wi-Fi in each apartment) are included in the rental fee.
There are, however, additional charges for the use of the washing machines (€ 3.50) and dryers (€ 1.50).

All apartments feature modern, customized furniture which makes optimal use of every square meter and provides for plenty of storage space.
